Based Apparel will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Based Apparel discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt.

We embroider and print everything in the U.S. but some items are sourced outside of the U.S. to keep the costs down. We do not buy any of our fabrics from China!

The monthly subscription member will be charged on the 1st of every month while our 3 month members will be charged every third month; both will receive their Live Based boxes every month while the subscription is active.
